Cancellation Policy

At Rose Creations, we are committed to capturing your wedding day with professionalism, creativity, and care. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved, please review the following policies: 📅 Booking & Payment A signed contract and a 25% non-refundable retainer are required to secure your wedding date. Final payment is due 7 days before the wedding date. Payment plans are available upon request. ⏱ Coverage & Timeline Additional time can be added at a set hourly rate. A detailed timeline must be provided at least 2 weeks prior to the event to ensure full coverage of key moments. 🎬 Creative Control Our team retains creative control over editing and filming style but always considers client preferences. A shot list is welcome, though we focus on capturing authentic moments as they unfold. 💼 Cancellations & Rescheduling Retainers are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, any paid amount beyond the retainer may be refunded based on notice and circumstances.
