Hourly Coverage — $275/hour
2-hour minimum · Perfect for shorter events, ceremonies, meetings, or capturing the most important moments of your event.
Half-Day Coverage — $950
Up to 4 hours · Ideal for conferences, celebrations, sporting events, and events needing coverage of the main activities.
Extended Coverage — $1,350
Up to 6 hours · Designed for larger events where you want more of the experience, atmosphere, guests, and key moments documented.
Full-Day Coverage — $1,700
Up to 8 hours · Complete event coverage designed to capture your event from beginning to end, including the moments in between.

Additional Photographer — From $125/hour
Add a second photographer for larger events, multiple locations, overlapping activities, or more complete coverage. Great for tournaments, conferences, festivals, fairs, and events with a lot happening at once.
Video Coverage — From $175/hour
Add professional video coverage to capture the movement, atmosphere, speakers, performances, interactions, and behind-the-scenes moments of your event. Final video deliverables are quoted separately based on editing needs.
Drone Coverage — From $350
Capture your event from above with FAA Part 107 licensed aerial photography and video. Ideal for large crowds, venues, festivals, sporting events, fairs, construction displays, and outdoor experiences. Weather, airspace, and location permitting.
Social Media / Reel Coverage — From $500
Get content created specifically for social media while your event is happening. Includes vertical video clips and short-form content designed for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other digital platforms. Packages can include edited reels and rapid-turnaround content.
Event Highlight Film — From $750
Turn your event into a professionally edited recap film featuring the people, energy, atmosphere, and biggest moments. Great for promoting next year's event, sharing with sponsors, or extending the life of your event online.
Rush / Next-Day Delivery — From $250
Need content while your event is still relevant? Select images or content can be prioritized for next-day delivery so your team can quickly share highlights with attendees, media, sponsors, and social audiences.
